A Narrow Way
My children, be diligent and watchful, for My path is narrow and straight before you. Yes, I am the One who levels the rough places in your life, directing the way in which you should go. In these last days, the enemy’s goal is to make crooked the path of life and twist My sure Word. Do not give heed to his tempting voice that seeks only to deceive. I warned that there would be false prophets – My Spirit will help you discern them. The false ones walk in darkness, are blind to My revelation, and are led by what they cannot see themselves, attempting to confuse what I would make plain. Refuse to allow the enemy access and be led by My Holy Spirit, who reveals Me in all circumstances. While challenging, the narrow road leads to life everlasting, the wide to destruction.
Acts 13:6-12, “Now when they had gone through to the island of Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew whose name was Bar-Jesus, who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. This man called for Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear the Word of God. But Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated) withstood them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. Then Saul, who is also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him and said, ‘O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease from perverting the straight ways of the Lord? And now, indeed, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a time.’ And immediately a dark mist fell on him, and he went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand. Then the proconsul believed, when he saw what had been done, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.” NKJV
Matt. 7:13-16a, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.” NKJV
