Secure in Me
You are secure in Me. Insecurity is rooted in fear and is something you must contend with; otherwise, you will waiver in your trust and nurse disappointment when it comes. I am a good Father who delights in My children. I keep watch over you and the word I have spoken over you continually. I know you feel I’ve disappointed you at times, and because of this, your faith has wavered, but your disappointment stems from not understanding My ways. My child, I have given you all things that pertain to life and godliness. I am the Father who will see to all that concerns you, but I will not gratify your flesh at your insistence, nor will I withhold discipline when needed. I do not change. I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. If you know Me, you know My love and that it casts out every fear and insecurity. Come, let us reason, let us commune, let us sup, one with the other, that you may know Me as I AM, and rest secure in your Father’s arms.
1 John 4:18, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” NKJV
Matt. 7:11, “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” NKJV
2 Pt. 1:2-4, “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” NKJV
