What's on Your Lips?

There are those who would walk in offense rather than freedom, believe the lie rather than the truth, and love evil more than good. Even in this great deception, My mercy and My hand are stretched out still to bring deliverance, revelation, and blessing into their lives. Intercede for them, and do not negate My work in them by speaking evil against them, for in doing so you prophesy against the very word you prayed over them. Your words create, My children, so be careful of what you are allowing to come out of your mouth. Can bitter and sweet come forth from the same spigot? You are to be My witnesses: of My presence, of My power, of My life and love for the world. Do not confuse the world about My character by careless words. Think before you speak, living a life that brings glory to Me.

Prov. 10:19-21, “Where there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, but he who restrains his lips is wise. The tongue of the righteous is as choice silver, the heart of the wicked is worth little. The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of understanding.” NASB
