Two Choices - Choose Wisely
You have two choices – acknowledge I am God and that I am right, and repent of your sin, or to invalidate My plan in yourself by refusing to repent. So many desire the baptism of fire while rejecting the baptism of repentance, which must come first. Humility and a bowing of the knee to My person always precedes authentic spiritual authority. What did you think? That you could operate in My power while setting yourself above Me in every other way? My child, walk carefully. For such a gospel exists and is even now being preached. Don’t annul the redemptive work I did on your behalf through My crucifixion and resurrection by such presumption. My love took Me to the cross for you, and it is My love that warns you now. It is to those who seek My kingdom above their own that all will be added. It is yours to choose - do so wisely. Will you bow your knee in brokenness or lift your chin in defiance?
Luke 7:29-30, “And when all the people heard Him, even the tax collectors justified God, having been baptized with the baptism of John. But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the will of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him.” NKJV
Rom. 6:1-6, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore, we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.” NKJV
Phil. 3:8-11, “Yes, indeed, I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness that is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.” NKJV
